    Great work as usual Ben

  • Ray Barrera

Glad to see you back at it, Ben!

  • Chalk

Nicely done. Funny how the government is so worried about our possible connections to terrorists yet nobody seems concerned that our president has some significant ties in his past. Wish the NSA would be as diligent in examining his connections as they are ours.

  • StandProudNow

Thank you for your REPORTING, Ben.
You are a true reporter and we need many more like you.

  • sthompson01

This makes the NSA story crystal clear. You don’t get it like this anywhere else.

  • Alberto M.

    Thanks Ben! Great Job!

  • Donald Boxley

Awesome..but we need more insight on Snowden, something about him seems unreal, and rumor is that he is not who he is saying he is,we will see.

  • Kevin Campbell

This is awesome. We need more reporters like him.

  • Paula McCauley

We need honest journalists that do more than spread their leftist views and support the most corrupt Government ever in American History. Thank you Ben.

  • Cathy Shallow

Ben, you are off to a magnificent start, much as I expected. Very well done. I look forward to more such important discussions from you. THank you, sir.

  • Muddstorm

Awesome job as always Ben. And yes I’ve pledged; sure hope that your KS project is successful….America needs you.

  • B Maguire

Ben, keep doing what no one else in the media has the guts to do. They are all cowards. I will pray for your safety. Watch your back.

  • Waco Britt

Love it. Simple, factual, logical with a clear path to the real issue at hand and not just some distraction. Great Start Ben. I’ll be pledging on my next paycheck and the one after that, and the one after that….

    • K.L.

Thanks for pledging! I just wanted to let people know that Kickstarter will only charge you ONE amount, and only after the project is fully funded. You could increase your pledge each paycheck, but it will only remove one amount at the end of the project.

Hope that helps! And thanks again!

      • Waco Britt

It does help. I can calculate how much that would be and go ahead and pledge now. Thanks for the info.

  • JR_atHome

Without even looking closely at the story some thing is a miss with all this information suddenly coming out and those whom protest to be in the know. It is not new and with out explanation as to why its suddenly a revelation one should be suspect of everything.

    • RayJ

Yup, I’ve had the same suspicions myself. This stuff really doesn’t seem like it should be “news”, it’s absolutely nothing new to me anyway.

Could it be there is a concerted effort to arouse an exaggerated distrust and hatred toward the government to further the well-known intention of imploding the country…bringing it “on a level playing field with the rest of the world”? I personally think a good amount of distrust and suspicion is necessary…but we have to remain level-headed and truthful in the process. What we don’t need is another violent revolution/chaos to grip the country.

So, I certainly appreciate Ben Swann, as all this is very important, especially the fundamental principles enshrined in the Constitution. But let’s make sure we keep our cool and let reason win out.

      • Winston

I see your point and often consider it to be a rouse at some level as well. The main stream media has already planted the violent right-wing extremist meme which would be the natural progression after all of this information (that we’ve actually known about for years) finally comes into the spotlight. I would then make the argument that Ben Swann is the type of level headed journalist that promotes truth and justice without the violent revolution (which we know only leads to more centralization of power).

Ben speaks the hard gritty truth that most brain dead zombie Americans cringe at and he does so almost in a way they can’t resist through the local news delivery they’ve been trained to hear and trust. Others like Alex Jones have a very intense, sensational delivery that many respond well to (including myself) while it offends many others and reinforces the “conspiracy theorist” meme. I get it. Therefore, I won’t promote Alex to most people – not that I don’t want to get ridiculed or whatever, but just that it will be a waste of time and energy. Ben Swann, on the other hand, can be promoted to practically anyone and will be considered because he’s a calm, rational and good looking guy. His videos can be sent to even the staunchest non-believers and actually be viewed, hit home and wake up those that would otherwise not have been reachable and whom many have failed to properly inform. Is there a more level headed, reasonable and presentable reporter than Ben Swann at this point?

The real non-violent revolution is being waged through information. These whistle blowers and journalists brave enough to expose the truth for the world to see are the real fighters on the front-lines. They understand the importance of what they sacrifice themselves for much like our ancestors did before us. It’s a war of dis-information, mis-information, partial truths and out right lies. Without these truth tellers, we would be blind.

‘For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.’

        • JR_atHome

I understand your perspective I agree with most of your thought however it is deeper than your post reveals. When ever we go to war with a country we sow discontent in the population prior to any offensive action. We seed distrust in all facets of society, we have difficulty doing this in tight nit family oriented countries, keep that thought in mind. Now for the dirty part, those not unlike the former cia operative Alex Jones. *once your in the an intel org your never out*, lets take Beck for instance. He is a sensationalist and brings in big bank doing so, most of what he says is already known or will have little effect being brought to the public’s attention. Beck is a plant not the kind with clorophil. Their objective is to sow discord and the more the better. Now ask why. With all the views of those particular sites why is not something more productive being done? Because its not for collective thought its for discontent. Now once you aggravate enough with out any thing of order being done you get chaos. From chaos comes order. The order coming though is not the one people think. In order for any plan to come to fruition other things must happen first. This is so hard to explain with out understanding other precepts. This has been a plan in the works for eons. Now you might ask yourself how a plan laid so long ago can possibly come to the end originated. It is simpler than you realize as most stuff is. I’ll do my best for the sake of brevity I may leave details out, some details are important and require greater explanation, just keep in mind the details are important but, not to be focused on, the end goal is. The end goal is population control and minimization with total control over the majority. This is one of the main goals to the end game and this is where we are headed at do speed. Their is a sect or group of souls that feel they are without exception superior to the rest however, they are in the minority yet they control the majority. These entities live long and keep the memory of their past many times over. What we call devious and satanic is nothing close to the truth. It is what Hollywood wants us to understand. Media is thought control for the masses. Not its original intent however, that program was captured and turned against us, the majority. Public education was all so a captured program. Secondary schooling was also captured. Now ask your self a question. What drives people to do such things? Money and lack of knowledge. Money is the key tool to control from that springs control of everything else, except what we have in our minds and teach our children. Let me digress, If you break up family you have almost won the battle for control. Look at how the mob worked. Tight family control of the money and strict adherence to the orders given. When any one in the family went against the grain they where delt with swiftly or all members of the family will fall like dominoes. A nation divided is easy to win against. The reason is no trust, no order and no unity. Look at a nation as the family and its subjects members of. Our constitution was great in its intent and separation of powers. It has taken 200 years to change it so it can be destroyed. We are an example true in its intent and lost in its end. We have had socialism, communism and democracy most have failed and the last is about to. A new world government will be ushered in from an outside source or so it will appear. It is demonic and those that think they will not be touched are so very wrong. Back on point, what to do after this goal is reached. Those in the minority who control the majority will continue to do so with the majority servicing their every need. Those in the majority will be glad to do so for the option is death or so they will believe. The stage we are in now is posturing for those whom will be hailed as leaders, they are not but will be. I take take delight in knowing my life is short because eternity is much longer and that is where most of the minority is going to end up.

If Snowden had gone about his disclosure the “right” way, we wouldn’t be debating the NSA’s spying practices now. Like Ben Swann said, what the NSA have been doing is deemed “legal,” so nothing would have come of it. The way Snowden did it was the only way to really get the information out there. He made a trade-off.

    Cheers to you, Mr. Swann!

  • edgar ayala

    Ben, thank you.

  • fling1

I like the distillation of the question: Is Snowden a leaker or a whistle blower? The document above clearly says “a whistleblower discloses information he or she reasonably believes evidences a violation of any law,…” Snowden clearly believes exactly that – and Ben shows clearly that his belief is reasonable. Case closed.

  • revsader

Thank you so much Ben. It is amazing to be able to see your dream of educating and inform the American people come to fruition. We deserve to know all of this information, and we need to work together to make the future livable.

  • nukauboi

Great job Ben. We need you informing us about the choice of security vs. liberty. The problem is that most people really expect the government to “protect” them, take care of them, and they don’t understand what they are giving away.

  • #handlesdontmatteranymore

I love what you’re doing, the way you’re packaging it, and your angle. I respect it, and I am happy to see its time come. Don’t stop. Be encouraged. There are many people behind you and need to hear the content you have been bringing to the table in the way you’re bringing it. Thanks.

  • Angelus

Thank you Mr. Swann for telling the truth.. Americans NEED to wake up! Our government is out of control and needs to be rained in! People still have no clue to the extent of this. They are unaware that this is just the tip of the iceberg. Wait till they find out the truth about their smart phones and laptops! Yes, they are being used to gather video, pictures, and audio and storing it! Dont believe me? Delete your facebook app on your smart phone, reinstall it, but before accepting the permissions, click on the “Hardware Controls” and read under audio and video! You tell me what you see there! WAKE UP PEOPLE!

FYI–I also posted a video on the permissions of using your phones camera and audio without you knowing it is even on…etc.

Mr. Swann, you do a great job breaking down all of the information and making it understandable. I look forward to more of your videos. Thank you.

I am anxiously awaiting Ben’s FULL DISCLOSURE on the fact that Mr. Obama, a.k.a. Barry Soetoro, Soebarkah, Dunham, Bounel, is not our legal President, since he is, and always has been, ineligible to serve as President. Congress knows this, the courts know this, the media know this, and all nine SCOTUS Justices know this. Why do they allow it? NSA spies got something on them? Blackmail? Just curious …

    • 1Conservative1

They are puppets for the global banking cartel, the NWO. Our government has been hijacked.

    Alright.

  • Joseph C. Carbone III

“Congressional Criminal Activity” and names, and faces to those names, John Boehner, Nancy Pelosi… Yahoo! Inc. could have put up a real fight. Yahoo’s behavior in China anyone; this is a subterfuge by Yahoo! Inc.

What I am hearing is Congress gave the authority, but it does not have the right to authorize pseudo-laws, criminal actions against the country. And, I here servants from high to low degree uneducated or careless, unprincipled or cavalier, going along with the establishment, regardless of oaths sworn, and promises made.

“Mad Man McCain,” is the criminal who song “bomb, bomb, bomb…, bomb, bomb, Iran” speaks of treason. Is this his confession!

Dick Cheney gives true meaning to the word exponential rise next to Sen. John McCain for criminal behavior against the United States of America and other nations, people’s, the extinction of beloved family from the smallest child to grandparents.

Dishonest or illegal actions within a government agency is reprehensible according to the “Whistleblower Protection Act”; therefore, of course Mr. Snowden has done his duty. Not far removed, though, is the instructions given to police officers and likely NSA and DHS agents. They have so-called permission to deceive the public with manipulation and lies while conning people out of human decency and constitutional protections while performing their services.

The real question surrounds the Congress, the Judicial Branch, and the president(s). The NSA is only an extension of a greater malignancy just like the Patriot Act is not a law but an oppressive criminal action against a nation sworn against it—since its foundation.

Sincerely, Joseph C. Carbone III; 21 June 2013

Great episode. One thing I thought could have been emphasized more was something like: if congress, etc is willing to break these laws, where will it stop?

  • Andy

There’s two premises to consider. 1) All wireless customers are suspected terrorists. Ie, enemies of the state/government. 2) Snowden is an enemy of the state for whistleblowing that the government has identified all wireless customers as enemy of the state/government.

The truth is, the people are the enemy of the state. Ask any cop or judge: If me and my friends did business the same why judges and law enforcers do, would we be called criminals?

You’ve harmed no one. Now imagine if I were to send you a letter in the mail demanding you to be at XX address on XX date and that if you failed to do as I commanded, I would send men with guns to your house to kidnap you and put you in a cage. And if you resist, the men with guns will shoot you.

Government is a gang of killers, thieves and liars.

  • Fruben

OH MY GOD THIS IS AWSOME!!!

God Speed Ben Swann, and all you info warriors!

  • Hawkeye

Why bother petitioning the white house? It is like asking the man who is clearly ok with suspending your rights in the name of national security to pretty please give them back. Will this asking approach accomplish anything?

    • paul

The WH.G staff is obliged to respond – I’m more interested in the response than I am in getting this law actually passed. I do stand by the premise, though: if this Orwellian took is only being used for terrorist prevention, then put some teeth in that promise.

      • Hawkeye

I’m quite sure you already know what kind of response you’re going to get. Something to the tune of the program you speak of is for national security and has already stopped over 50 terrorist plots any further details are classified etc. etc. blah blah blah. I understand and share your desire to end this program and I too see it as Orwellian however I’m sensitive to what Sibel Edmonds said the other day about petitions on the WH site. In other words I don’t think this is the kind of action Edward Snowden is hoping and has risked his life for.

  • Lemona Lime

Good luck and all the best to you on your path, Ben. It’s a pleasure watching you. I love Alex Jones. But, he is so pissed off, that I am getting scary watching him sometimes. Don’t make his mistake.Stay calm

    • TrustFarmer

I agree!! Alex Jones touches on a lot of truth but his demeanor is embarrassing to the intelligence of this movement.

    b. For Less Government.

Ben you need to interview Sibel Edmonds. Have her talk about the blackmailing of congressmen and judges.

  • Jed Taylor

The group of US Navy SEALs involved with the operation (Osama Bi Laedan) would all end up
dying on August 6, 2011 when their helicopter was shot down in
NATO-garrisoned Afghanistan. SEAL Team VI, which was the unit’s name,
actually had their identities and area of operations in Afghanistan
revealed by the Obama Administration while they were serving, which is
believed to have made them targets. Should the US Government then turn themselves in for Aiding and abetting the enemy, or is this just another double standard.

    • JoyceEarly

Let’s not forget Osama Bin Laden died ten years ago. The whole thing was a media stunt to make Obama look like he was doing something to fight terror.

  • JoyceEarly

How scary is it that we have elected officials who swore an oath to the Constitution and are more worried about the messenger than the violation of the Constitution.

  • Jonathan Schreiber

Edward Snowden is a real modern day American Hero, he has turned his entire way of life up side down in revealing his identity to tell the truth about government abuse in the intelligence sector. He has risked his own personal reputation and safety to make the American people aware and give them the chance to do something about it. Hopefully for the sake of his sacrifice, Americans will not realize Mr. Snowden’s worst fears of them sitting on their fat posteriors and doing nothing because so far the abuses of these powers have not effected them personally. Sadly I think most of us who have been aware of the negligence our government has displayed over the past many years realize all to well that the kind of real participation we would need to see from the common citizen will most likely fall quite far short of achieving any kind of real change. If I offended you with my lack of hope for the future of our country and human beings in general please prove me wrong by writing a letter to your state representative and vent your anger there by letting them know you won’t stand for this violation of your right to privacy and they better represent you as such when voting on policies that affect said rights.

  • http://infotainmentempire.blogspot.com Rob

I really don’t understand how there isn’t bigger uproar right now. Well I do, most people don’t care or are sheeple. But seriously, we were just told “no spying on citizens” and then it turns out maybe there wasn’t… and then recently it was just revealed that we have been monitored all of this time.

I am no conspiracy theorist or weirdo or whatever you want to call it, but I have pretty much assumed the government has been doing this already, if not at the very least had the access and technology and compliance to do so. What if a cell phone carrier didn’t want to disclose information? Oh, what is that? FCC wants to shut down our spectrum/bandwidth? Here’s your list.

Don’t even get me started on Eric Holder – I don’t understand how he still has a job after fast and furious and now after telling us that we should basically be victims and not defend ourselves.

  • mastermind119

Snowden is a hero and NSA needs to be abolished!

  • Owlisen

They should be ashamed of themselves calling Snowden a traitor, when he is in fact a real true hero!!!.
Not only for America, but for the whole world, now that its been brought to other countries attention what has been done to them by the goverment of the United States of America!!!
