9 Generals Fired, 2 Military Leaders Suspended

Nine commanding Generals have been fired, and two other leaders are on suspension, in a historic military shake up.

In our story from last week, we covered the historic occurrence of two top-ranking nuclear chief’s fired.

Today The Blaze is reporting from their sources for the reasons why the changes are happening.

The timing comes as the five branches of the U.S. armed forces are reducing staff due to budget cuts, and as U.S. troops are expected to withdraw from Afghanistan next year.

“I think they’re using the opportunity of the shrinkage of the military to get rid of people that don’t agree with them or not tow the party line. Remember, as (former White House chief of staff) Rahm Emanuel said, never waste a crisis,” a senior retired general told TheBlaze on the condition of anonymity because he still provide services to the government and fears possible retribution.

“Even as a retired general, it’s still possible for the administration to make life miserable for us. If we’re working with the government or have contracts, they can just rip that out from under us,” he said.

Retired U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Paul Vallely, an outspoken critic of the Obama administration, said the White House fails to take action or investigate its own, but finds it easy to fire military commanders “who have given their lives for their country.”

“Obama will not purge a civilian or political appointee because they have bought into Obama’s ideology,” Vallely said. “The White House protects their own. That’s why they stalled on the investigation into fast and furious, Benghazi and Obamacare. He’s intentionally weakening and gutting our military, Pentagon and reducing us as a superpower, and anyone in the ranks who disagrees or speaks out is being purged.”

Don’t forget his first two firings, the outstanding leader in General David D. McKiernan, for no reason at all, completely out of the blue, then as well as Stanley McChrystal, who did step on it…absolutely zero respect for the military or real leadership, but really what did anybody expect, how could he possibly know or understand with all that experience he had…

  • A Dubs

That’s more than was fired from 9/11, Benghazi, the IRS scandals, and Fast and Furious COMBINED!!!

      • A Dubs

That’s all you got? Really? I noticed you didn’t dispute my facts…

        • Dogma

Because the Blaze posts an anonymous source does not make it automatically a fact. I have not seen this story anywhere else— even on conservative media.

The Blaze is fringe journalism, running fast and furious with the truth.

          • the one

So interesting that you came here to comment on it then?
Do you often find yourself commenting on many “non-issues” then? You may need to seek professional help for this affliction of yours. :-)

          • A Dubs

Just because the White House posts something doesn’t make it fact either; i.e. the continuous threats of default when our debt liabilities are 10% of our revenue. …either way, I think you missed the point

          • Dogma

I agree, the WH is not always completely truthful.

But common’, you’re going to compare the White House with the Blaze?

The one glaring fault in that comparison is that an online blog has almost zero accountability, whereas the WH will have a hundred journalists fact-checking everything they say.

Actually – no, the military is not the military industrial complex – they are the grunts or slaves of the system. The military industrial complex are the super huge corporations that are making out like bandits and raping us all for $900 hammers and such.

The results are always a crap shoot whenever you’re willing to serve “another master” – the American Beast state no exception. Or, like Forest Gump said, its like a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re going to get! Screwed in most cases, is what I would say. My question is, does ANYBODY in the Military agree with them? Only idiots agree with this presidency. Scary to think of anybody in the military looking up to Obama or anybody else he surrounds himself with.

    • Russell Wickham

I was on a training mission on my CO’s truck when the election results were announced in 2012. That officer couldn’t have been more excited if someone handed him a million dollars. Then, a few weeks later, a bunch of senior NCOs in my troop were pleased with the extra judicial killings of U.S. Citizens overseas. Seeing that helped me make up my mind to get out.

      • smacca

Good for you for getting out. Sad, really sad.

  • James84708

This is sick. Good for them for getting shown the door, why would you want to work for such a vile boss as Obama.

dogma ,I would bet ,you work for the govt. and this is your job ,to create doubt in people that are not sure what’s happening yet.although there is a chance you are just one of the ignorant, and too scared to do the research to find the truth, that’s very common. to anyone that’s actually concerned about what’s happening to the country and what’s going to happen to the people and or freedom this stuff is almost expected since we have been following the reports for a while of slowly destroying our laws and corruption in almost all leaders, after a while you get tuned in to TRUTH and can spot these things as soon as they happen for what they are.

        • Dogma

Brother, you don’t know how wrong you are. Not only do I not work for the government, but I’m a US expat living overseas and every time I fly back home I get hassled by NSA.

          • wehadourrun

Look up “10News counterterrorism drill”. Give me a logical explanation for how that’s not desensitization training for shooting unarmed citizens. Revolution will come; maybe not now, but one day, and it will be a bloodbath.

By the way, firing on American citizens may sound extreme to you, but if you saw all the subtle, slow ways they’re killing not only Americans but people around the world, you’d see what savages the rulers are. “Poverty is the worst form of violence”, and the Fed creates poverty because it creates inflation which destroys wealth.

And not just that, but look at the big picture: the super weapons they’re creating (nano drones, laser jets, etc, etc), the DHS buying millions of rounds of ammo, FEMA having camps ready to go at a moment’s notice (they are looking for recruitment for internment camp guards on the Army’s website for god’s sake), NDAA, and of course the ubiquitous surveillance state. They look at EVERYTHING, even GPS data so they can know every single place you go, and all the data is being shared with Israel (the Zionists wouldn’t have it any other way). The ultimate goal for them? Suppress revolution at any cost.

In recent weeks, a college in England put RFID tracking chips on students and NATO tracked them. We’re all being treated like criminals, terrorists; and they always specifically mention those critical of the government these days when they talk about terrorists. It’s us versus them. Always has been, always will be. By the way, when they got heat for it, the RFID chips were sent away for use on cattle (not a crucial detail, but the allegory is amusing).

I could go on: purposeful inflationary monetary policies and excessive taxation policies that destroy wealth and give it to aristocrats, militarization of police, gun grabbing, all the unnecessary war, media manipulation and sensationalism (particularly regarding race – their plans work better in a divided, multicultural society).

Every CIA brainwashing program that’s ever existed (Operation Mockingbird, MK-Ultra testing, etc).

Face it, the people who run America are international criminals who are slowly collapsing our world to benefit themselves. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT HUMANITY. They look at us like pawns and violence amuses them. Why else would they purposely create a system (Federal Reserve System) that destabilizes nations and creates war? Does the military shooting citizens really sound that absurd when you look at it objectively?

          • LocalHero

The NSA hassles you? Really? Talk about a lack of logic. More likely it’s the TSA that would be doing the hassling if what you allege is true.

      • LocalHero

That comment is grammatically correct so you have no clue what you’re talking about.

    • Writing on the wall

THAT is the EXACT reason this is happening. Benjamin Smith former Navy Seal has come out with this exact information. For the past several years the military has been given litmans tests asking will they confiscate americans guns and / or fire on them if ordered to do so? If they answer now they are sent surely to some hell hole or fired like these nine generals and if they answer yes they are likely given high ranking positions in homeland security / fema/ etc. Obama, Bush, Clinton, Bush, and many others have been destroying this country for decades. Birch in his speech 50 years ago hit the nail on the head. The 2 party system is only to divide us. 2 wings of the same bird. Like wwf, a dog and pony show for the people and then high fiving behind closed doors working for the global banking elite. Different party , same agenda during each regime, I mean administration. One has to do little research to see the forest thru the trees. As Bush said, we can finally reach the goal of our UN founders, carried out by our UN peacekeepers….a New World Order. So what will be “carried out” by the peacekeepers? An engineered by design economic crash and martial law IS coming. God Bless to all and I pray for those with their eyes closed.

      • Christine Hickey

Thank you for speaking the truth. All that you describe is the destruction I was referring to in my short comment. It is very apparent to me what is happening…anyone, military or otherwise, who will not submit and has any power which could hinder their plan to establish a New World Order will be eliminated. I cannot understand why so many don’t see it coming.

  • Christine Hickey

This should strike fear in every American citizen. This is a traitorous President who is moving fast to establish tyranny in our nation and destroy all that we hold dear. God help us.

    • LocalHero

So you “hold dear” the military? No wonder we’re screwed.

    • Andrew Gramling

If what the Bible says is true, then all of these things are SUPPOSED to happen. God’s word is eternal, and His vision is infinite. Not a thing happens that He didn’t see already. He has left us instructions on how to be saved, not only body but also soul. I believe in the Bible, because I cannot accept that God would leave us here on this planet without giving us any direction, and because nearly all of the problems that were spoken of are happening. If you are righteous, then there is absolutely nothing to fear. God’s punishment comes ultimately for the wicked and the non-believers. They did not look for salvation.

Who would you believe? The liar in chief? If he says the sun is shining you need to check out the window.

These gentlemen may be ready to initiate a military coup against the president.

These gentlemen may be ready to expose Administration actions like the assassination of Seal Team 6, Benghazi, the faked capture and murder of bin Laden.

As Willy says, these gentlemen may be unwilling to command troops under martial law and/or order attacks against American citizens who are soon to be waging civil war against the Administration.

You can imagine the disgust of professional military leaders having to put up with the lying, cheating, arrogance and incompetence of Obombya and his cabal of civilian misfits.

          • ralphie44

all middle eastern foreign aid is for organized jewish power.
the petrodollar system, the bottomless checkbook, is the base of their power. that foreign aid to israel neighbors in the region is to keep the petrodollar system in place. israel itself is supported partly because they are the terror threat to those other states who are part of the petrodollar system arrangement.

in short, it is ALL aid for Israel, whether it goes there directly or is used to keep their neighboring populations under control via their rulers

Israel, that geographic place, is used in a way, but it is for the benefit of organized jewish power which runs the western nations (especially us).

    • The Dish

While you are partially correct, your attempt at an insult against America missed it’s mark. “America” doesn’t exist in or government’s actions. It exists in the will of the people. The thing is that the American people (the ones who work, earn, pay attention…etc) are more and more in opposition of a government and officials that are waging war for their own legacies and profits, in the name of defense. Don’t get me wrong, sometimes these conflicts are legit. Your statement of “you bastards…” more accurately reflects the made up wars and political conflicts that have been manufactured over time. To blame an entire populace is erroneous. It’s ok to have a strong opinion, but your self proclaimed “blanket statement” was exactly that… applying characteristics of a few, to everyone, is no different than racism or blind prejudice.

I don’t remember them flying jets into the WTC’s. If another country harbors those with plans to kill us then they are gonna reap what they sow. Asinine.

It is rare that the enemy pre-sorts the high-threat targets from the benign ahead of time before attacking. How thoughtful to do that! The ones left after the purge are the dangerous ones, according to the article’s logic. Too easy!

Now to crowd-fund wages for the pure of heart who were expunged. They are still good leaders, just afraid of financial retribution from team BHO. They might be of more useful assistance if that fear was removed.

They didn’t get where they were by being stupid.

  • BobtheGrape

Perhaps these Generals/Admirals won’t agree to use the U.S. troops on U.S. citizens and that is why they are being canned. I don’t trust this administration, in fact I haven’t trusted any of our political leaders since they killed Kennedy!.

So then, where the hell was the outrage when george bush illegally gutted the Justice’s to implant those who would allow him to refuse to testify under oath, as if he were planning to lie, who destroyed an innocent country murdering almost 200,000 civilians 1/3 under the age of 6 or to be held accountable when his administration outed an on assignment spy putting her life in imminent danger because they didn’t like a TRUE story her husband wrote an article about? There’s lots more, but you get the jest.

    • Honu425

“jest” is just about right. Where were you? Under a rock? The outrage from the “other” side was deafening!

      • Dogma

He’s not talking about the other side, obviously.

        • the one

Of coarse there was no outrage on the right at Bush, this is a classic example of how the dialectic can shut down the mind. The brainwashed are rendered incapable of criticizing their own adopted team (herd) if you will…

          • Jack Bone

Of coarse? We’ve got a live one here. One of those monkey Obama educated lab rats.

    • Jack Bone

You are an idiot. Do you even realize that? We are in the now. NOW! Obama is president. Not Bush. Do you even realize that? Nope? Too busy with nicotine, booze and porn?

    • Chris Blanco

My outrage was there. This isn’t a Democrat vs Republican thing, stop making it that. This is a systematic take over of the wealth of this country that was catalyzed with the dismantling of the Bretton Woods agreement by Nixon in 1971 and the introduction of the Petrodollar in 1973.

      My bet is these generals:
      A) Knew what happened in Benghazzi
      B) Opposed invading Syria
      C) Oppose action against Iran
      D) All of the Above.

  • mizhenrietta

Shortly before Y2K, a friend of mine, a major in military intelligence, told me under Billy-Jeff Clinton 23 flag officers resigned rather than follow Clinton’s orders. My friend would not say what the orders were, just that they were very bad. As you may recall, Clinton gave us the massacre of the Branch Davidians and all three Delta Force officers were promoted to general. Now deceased Col. David Hackworth called these lap-dog types Perfumed Princes and quislings. When dealing with presidents, bucking them and their agendas will get you rifted ASAP.

  • Ward Damon Hubbard

What we are seeing, I believe, is a systemic dismantling 0f our armed forces. it all ties back to 9/11, We know that the government is preparing for marshall law the DOD and the Justice Dept. are dumping millions of dollar into the militarization of public law enforcement around the country, DHS buying a wild range of military equipment, when as I understand it, that only the military is the only one who can wage war. DHS preforming rolling road blocks in Calif. AZ. and TX, while US Suprium Court deemed them unconstitutional, now as I understand it that makes them illegal. TSA doing what amounts to a full body cavity serach, and the only time we are terrorized is when we wish to fly, and we you couple that with NDAA, Patriot Act all of it has put this country into a flat spin doomed for a crash, and now they are removing the very ones who could step up and not only save our country but the ones who truly believe in what this nation stands for what is right, it has nothing to do with budget cuts and every thing to do with keeping this a empire of rule rather then a nation of freedom. DHS has to go, its root can be traced back to 9/11, Until, we as a world power and a free nation, can face the cold hard facts of 9/11 truth and those who were involed, absolutely nothing about the direction we are heads can be changed.

  • Sandy Clark

Why don’t these military leaders get together their own army and arrest Obama?

  • robertsgt40

Anyone remember Admiral Fallon being canned a few years ago? Didn’t want to go along with another war.

  • Lindy F

    Lindy F
This may sound crazy but DHS, the Police and the Military are being replaced by the new government power. This is how you take over a country. The policies of these departments are being changed. It is a anti constitution, anti American and anti Christian values regime I think that is why they are removing people in position of authority and anyone who have a conscience. The people they choose to replace must not be loyal to the United States nor to its citizens. Hmmm I wonder who could that be? This is how you disarm a country. National Security, anyone? Now who is in charge of the Nukes?

  • Steve Dawson

Give us a break, the light background washes out the comments below

This is out of hand, something is cooking and it is not good in this administration.

    • BuddyEarl

I believe ‘vacation guy w/the big blue plane’ knows he is dislikes by the high ranking ones of our military. Stalin had similar notions in the ’30s with his high ranks and sargents. Using the Bob Mugabe play-book, events are falling into place, the crippling of the US is being noticed all around the earth. This country’s 270 year old fiber is being spat on, holes are being cut to reduce the strength. The German Jews didn’t want to believe it, and didn’t after being crammed into freight cars. Tony, yes, its cooking.

We need a leader of this country, that was a leader of the military as well. That man understands the world affairs better than a civilian president ever would.
Other Issues of government I am sure he knows, but a Vice-President specializing in economics is very advisable to join the team. No More Liberal Minded Presidents, PLEASE. But a complete Military take over will due in a pinch.LOL

    • Trish House

Why do you trust the military? They fight every war the corporate government directs them to. When they start saying NO to illegal wars I’ll begin to trust them.

      • ProudVet

I was brought up military and I served military. Not everything they say is correct, BUT they accomplish what they say. If it wasn’t for the military protecting our Constitution you would not be talking on line right now expressing you opinion.

  • Aaron J. Levy

It is very hard, as it should be, to get dutiful service from career military personal for a “president” who commited open treason by bowing to the saudi “king”, allowing bp to poison the gulf coast, spying on millions of Americans etc etc etc. With any luck true patriots will begin to unite and shake off the rhetoric of divisiveness that has brought so much harm upon U.S.

  • saintj

The correct expression is “toe the line”, not “tow the line”. If it was written as “tow the line” in The Blaze then you can put “[sic]” after the incorrect phrase to show that it was The Blaze’s mistake.

      http://www.eutimes.net/2013/10/obama-ousts-top-officers-after-nuke-explodes-in-ocean-instead-of-charleston/

This has a lot of info that can be fact checked and all of it falls in place. If this article is real then we live in a world MUCH closer to collapse than I even though.

Don’t just discount this article fact check it see if we should be worried a little more about this than just a few “firings”.

      • intrepiddemise

        Again: http://www.snopes.com/politics/conspiracy/charleston.asp

        Stop spreading misinformation!

        • Lv

Snopes leans heavily to the left on political matters. The founders are democratic to the core. Therefore you need to fact check them when it comes to politics. I found after reading the ACA myself that snopes downplayed or used misdirection when quoting this law.

        • Christopher Tutt

I trust snoopes VERY little… On a basic piece I don’t have a problem with it. Although when it comes to ANYTHING that has basic pieces and yet no true story they cry FALSE. LOL I don’t need someone to think critically for my ass. I can do it just fine on my own. I don’t just look at the story I look at everything, the before, the after, the now. When I see that story I KNOW that someone is FULL OF SHIT. Now when these Generals were “dismissed” because of BS reasons and there were more than one. Are you that incapable of critical thinking and spreading the word of someone else that has NO more information than what you and I could bring up on our own?

How bout verifying some of the things YOURSELF instead of relying on someone else to do it for you. I TRUST NO ONE… We ALL have access to information and if it plays into ones hand on one side then I look to that to be the truth.

Your Truly Medically retired Vet of Desert Storm. *Except in the governments eyes I am a Domestic terrorist because I will call it out as I see it. As CRITICAL THINKING forces me to see the truth no matter how f*cked up it may seem.*

  • jman

It’s sad to see when so called journalists trade fact finding for access. There were reports that there was an unauthorized movement of nuclear weapons on the same day one of the officers was suspended. It is irresponsible not to mention facts such as these even if you may find them to be coincidental. The unauthorized movement of Nuclear weapons has dire consequences to the American people and it is not the first time Nukes go missing. When you add the fact that a well known Congressman Lindsey Graham warned his constituency publicly on the record, on the same day of the movement of nukes, that a nuclear attack could find it’s way into his city it is clear that there was foreknowledge of the unauthorized movement of nukes. When we trade fact finding for access or a desire not to stir the hornet’s nest the only thing that is truly sacrificed is the democracy we ALL share.

Ok, so I know I should be Google smart on this one but I’d rather ask here. Does anyone know how many generals are typically let go a year? How about how many generals there are in the entire military? It would be helpful to compare these moves to a baseline.

    • timmeister54

There were 2 only during George W’s administration.

THE REAL CON-AIR WAS PACKED! If it was designed for 128 there were over a hundred belly chained up and ready to fly. You know how in the CON AIR with Coppola, where the inside of the plane had been gutted to look like pens and individual holding cells with anxious bad men waiting to spring? I didn’t see any of that. I was on it several times and it was pretty much what you would expect from the US Government, adequate, professional and well maintained. It was four seats on each side just like a commercial air line, you set in the order you were in. The women sat up front and were already on the plane. Seven or eight all business US Marshal’s, a couple women all dressed in bloused Jump Boots and US Marshal dark Blue and White Lettering uniform and would just love someone to get out of line and they save the day and get booted up the line. After we got going the atmosphere changed from Red Alert to were almost home and a few passed out Baloney sandwiches with Fruit and Granola Bars and bottled water. Then came by and offered Aspirin and extra Bottled water. I swear to you, I was on it several times between ’86 and ’98 when I maxed out, it was the same every time. Flew to New York, Miami, New Orleans, Dallas-Ft. Worth and back to El Reno, Oklahoma, its home base every day. And if you upset their little program in any way, you get left in some hillbilly jail in the middle of nowhere and your Paper Work would get there on time, but you were gonna be late. Weeks, maybe months behind schedule. And if they told the Judge you messed with the“Air Marshal’s,” that was your ass, your case was going to the bottom of the Docket, and they ignore your cries. Throw your Habeas Corpus Petition in the garbage! I’ll say it again: Do Not under any circumstances piss the government off as you. You will rue the day. I can’t tell you the number of guys I see in jail who took on the government, talked stupid to the Court, file motions just to be filing shit. It always ended the same way: Buried so deep in the Federal System it will take three months for your Mail to find you!!! Most people like me knew a day on this thing could save you weeks of cross country prison van nightmare stories I could tell you about…. The Real Con Air by Mark Anthony Given reallifeheist dot com
